About
The C&C 35 MK III truly offers exceptional cruising and racing performance. She has the speed to win on the race course and offers the comfort for extended cruising. Her mechanical systems and running rigging are up to date and have always been very well maintained.
JAZZ has been exclusively sailed in fresh water by her three owners since new and always in Lake Ontario. She sports a beautiful Flag Blue Awlgripped fiberglass hull, white fiberglass non-skid decks, gold and white boot stripe, fin keel, spade rudder, three opening hatches, full cockpit enclosure, destroyer wheel, solar panels on a custom frame and a self-bailing cockpit.
She will easily sleep six. The forward cabin has a 6'4" V-Berth and vanity with drawers, cabinets and shelves. There is storage above the V-Berth to port and starboard. Aft of the V-Berth there is an enclosed head to port with shower and a hanging locker to starboard. Aft to port, there is a U-shaped dinette that converts to a double berth. To starboard is a settee berth with water tank underneath. There is storage behind and underneath the berths. Aft to port is a galley with a 3-burner gimballed propane stove with oven. Double stainless steel sinks, pressure water. Deep refrigerated ice box with shelf. To starboard is a large sit down navigation station with chart table and quarter berth aft. Access to engine compartment is under companionway behind ladder. Interior appointments include a teak and holly cabin sole.
JAZZ has been very well cared for and is easily one of the nicest looking 35 MkIIIs currently on the market.
