About
Built in Canada and designed by the famous Robert Perry, this vessel stands out as an able, sea kindly cruiser that is very well built. Her tiller steering allows for sensitive and complete control. Her sail inventory is good with a mainsail, a working 130% jib, and a very good spinnaker. The headsails run on a Hood Seafurl system which allows an easier management when single-handing.
Down below, the interior is very functional and roomy for a 27-footer. On deck, of note is the good condition of the fiberglass, including the mast step. This vessel was purchased by her current owner's uncle in 1996 from her original owner and has been quite well cared for.
In a market where mass produced boats are prevalent, a prospective owner should consider the hand-built care in which this vessel was manufactured. She is exceptionally safe with high freeboard and solid pulpits and lifelines. The design strikes a happy medium between cockpit and cabin space. As there is no aft cabin, she has tons of sail and storage space off the cockpit. Her systems have been upgraded through the years including a new engine in 2008.
